Do I need a paid ChatGPT account to transfer my Projects?
ChatGPT Projects are only available on Plus, Team, and Enterprise plans. If you don't have Projects, you can still run the global memory export — just skip the Projects step.
Will this capture everything ChatGPT knows about me?
It captures everything ChatGPT has stored and can recall. Older conversations that were never saved to memory won't be included — the export tells you exactly what might be missing.
Can I use this with AI tools other than Claude?
